U.S. Shipping Policy

At Dingerz Disc Golf Warehouse, we proudly ship to addresses across the United States. Here’s what you need to know about our shipping policies:

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

  • Shipping Carriers: We use trusted carriers like USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure fast and reliable delivery.

  • Estimated Delivery: Delivery time depends on your location, but most orders arrive within 2–7 business days after processing.

  • Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and order size.

  • Free Shipping: Disc orders over a specific amount (e.g., $75) may qualify for free standard shipping within the U.S. (subject to change and promotions).

  • Tracking: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor its progress.

Returns Policy

  • All items must be in the same condition as delivered, with products unused and in their original packaging.

  • To initiate a return, please email us within 30 days of receiving your order. If you items meets our return criteria, we will issue a Return Merchandise Number (RMN) that must be included with your return to be eligible for a refund or store credit.

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect item sent), we will reimburse the return shipping costs. For all other returns, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs as well as reshipment fees.

  • We highly recommend insuring your return shipment, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

  • Zuca Carts and Bags can be returned but are subject to a 20% restocking fee due to the nature of these products. Zuca accessories are non-returnable.

  • To request a return, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. Our team will respond quickly with detailed instructions.
